This work includes full field maintenance for the RF equipment in the office of Resolute in Perth. The maintenance of this equipment requires 24/7 emergency callout work, Andrew Antenna 4.6m Satellite dish, 20-watt Codan transceiver, and DM701 modem capable of 512 Kbps data service via Telstra/Satellite to the Golden Pride Mine in South Africa.

Reactive & Preventive Operational Maintenance by Westcom Consulting

This extensive project involved full field maintenance services for all network equipment for 265 sites both Internal and external, RBS and MW backbone. Responsibilities included: fault management and co-ordination; 24/7 emergency callout work; routine maintenance on all network equipment; site facilities management and maintenance; programmed maintenance such as upgrades and new site builds.

Westcom Consulting provided field maintenance for VSAT dish and all associated communication equipment across 14 sites throughout the Northern Territory. In addition to providing equipment we took responsibility for fault repair, system testing, spares, storage and spares management.
